Job Title: Ticketing Agent
Job Responsibilities:
* Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets.
* Handle ticket reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
* Assist customers with fare information and travel schedules.
* Ensure accurate ticketing and documentation.
* Respond to customer queries and provide timely support.
Requirements:
* 1–5 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel industry.
* Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
