Experience Required
6 Months to 3 Years in Sales
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage insurance advisors/agents
- Generate business through agency channel
- Handle advisor engagement and productivity
- Coordinate with clients and provide insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups with advisors and customers
- Support policy issuance and documentation process
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months experience in Sales
- Experience in Life Insurance/Field Sales preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Local candidate preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Candidate should be target-oriented and energetic
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi
