Warehouse Manager – Logistics

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and manage warehouse operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. The role involves overseeing inventory, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Coordinate closely with transportation and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels, accuracy, and stock movement using WMS/ERP systems
- Plan and optimize warehouse space and workflow for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with logistics, safety, and quality standards
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and supervisors
- Handle daily operational issues and resolve delays or discrepancies
- Prepare operational reports on inventory, productivity, and KPIs
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management within the logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery schedules
- Good communication and coordination skills
