Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to promote our educational programs and convert inquiries into admissions. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining course details, counselling them on suitable programs, and guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable educational programs.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and addressing concerns.
- Maintain student records and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Schedule counselling sessions (online/offline) with academic counsellors when required.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrollment process.
- Prepare daily call reports and admission updates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- experiance candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Education Counselling, or Sales are welcome.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and counselling skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to achieve admission targets.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Experience:
