- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations.
- Ensure production targets are met as per the production plan.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Implement and maintain workplace safety procedures.
- Manage production manpower, attendance, and shift schedules.
- Train, guide, and motivate production employees.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
