As Head Barista, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:
- Lead the coffee bar and ensure every cup meets our quality standards
- Guide and train junior baristas on technique, service, and consistency
- Experiment and contribute to new recipes, specials, and signature drinks
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of coffee equipment
- Support in managing inventory related to coffee and beverages
- Be a friendly and reliable face for guests at the bar
- Actively participate in training and development programs for communication, guest interaction, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
