Reporting to: Director - Marketing, Awareness and Fund raising
We are looking for someone to lead and coordinate our marketing strategy/execution and
project manage our fundraising appeals as well. The role requires someone who is a strong
team player to join our prize-winning team. Must possess excellent communication and
networking abilities.
- Experience in designing marketing plans and activities that deliver on campaign and/or fundraising objectives, with a limited budget, across media platforms
- Design and analysis of market research; ability to apply insight to inform marketing activities
- Ability to build positive relationships, connect with and manage a wide range of stakeholders including different media houses, corporate sponsors, CSR representatives, Internal stakeholders, campaign partners.
- Experience in using IT, database and web skills
- Conducting research on fundraising opportunities.
- Writing funding proposals and submitting these to potential donors post approvals.
- Manage and maintain complete records of monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.
- Coming up with ingenious ways to raise awareness.
- Implementing a variety of strategies and promotional campaigns for awareness and fund raising.
- Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the charity sector.
- Should know about CSR & manage existing CSR partners.
- Tia up with new CSR partners.
Education criteria-
- MBA full time / part time will be preferred.
- 7-8 years of fundraising experience.
- NGO background will be a high priority.
- Previous experience in marketing is also required / essential
- Experience in managing a team internal and external as well
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
