Job Title: General Manager (GM)

Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant/pub/bar.
- Drive business growth with a strong focus on revenue generation and profitability.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and brand visibility.
- Develop sales strategies, events, and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage daily food, beverage, and service operations.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise department heads and staff.
- Monitor sales performance, expenses, and operating costs.
- Control inventory, purchasing, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and licensing requirements.
- Handle vendor management and business partnerships.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate employee performance.
- Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in restaurant, pub, bar, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and revenue generation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and profitability management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in premium dining, pubs, or bar operations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
