About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to provide functional application support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Dynamics NAV while collaborating with business users to ensure seamless ERP operations across Finance, Payroll, Warehouse, Inventory, and related business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring application issues and recommend permanent fixes.
- Work closely with business users to understand and resolve functional challenges.
- Validate application enhancements and changes before production deployment.
- Support warehouse operations, inventory movements, order processing, and business transactions.
- Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for complex issue resolution.
- Monitor application performance and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in change management, release validation, and production support activities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications.
- Experience with one or more of:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Strong understanding of Finance, Payroll, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, or HR processes.
- Experience in Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) or Production Support.
- Experience handling incidents, problem management, change requests, and service requests.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ticketing tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
