Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze government RFPs, grants, and funding opportunities related to EV charging infrastructure in USA .
- Study and interpret location eligibility requirements, scoring criteria, and site-selection guidelines.
- Thoroughly review application forms and create Excel trackers and databases based on program requirements.
- Analyze existing signed property-owner agreements and identify locations that qualify for specific state programs.
- Evaluate location eligibility against RFP requirements and funding criteria.
- Conduct site research and mapping using Google Earth and other online mapping tools.
- Perform gap analysis to identify underserved areas and priority target zones.
- Create pin maps and territory analysis reports to support business development and sales team.
- Guide sales teams on location requirements, eligibility rules, documentation needs, and strategic target areas.
- Prepare site qualification reports, compliance checklists, and management summaries.
- Maintain organized databases of locations, agreements, site statuses, and program requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed locations meet all program requirements before submission.
- Track multiple state programs simultaneously and manage project timelines effectively.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. [Vlookup not needed]
- Hands-on experience with Google Earth and online mapping tools.
- Ability to read, interpret, and summarize complex government documents and application forms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
