-Your role majorly involves technical assistance and customer service handling.
- It is a Troubleshooting process where you have to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Must have good English communication skills.
5 Days working with 2 rotational offs/9 hours shift -8 hours working.
Flexible to work in US shift timings/ Night Shifts.
Age should be 21 at the time of Interview and Max age is considered as 30
