-Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Control Plans (QCPs), Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and other quality documentation for CNC machined components.
-Perform and oversee dimensional inspections of CNC machined parts using a variety of precision measuring instruments (CMM, VMM, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, profilometers, etc.).
-Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to identify and address process variations
-Assist in the qualification and ongoing monitoring of raw material and component suppliers.
-Conduct incoming material inspections and address supplier quality issues.
- Proficiency with PC-DMIS is a must
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
