We are seeking a skilled PCB Technician to support PCB assembly, soldering, inspection, testing, and rework activities in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment. The technician will ensure quality workmanship and adherence to production and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PCB assembly, component placement, soldering, and rework for through-hole and SMT boards.
- Operate and support SMT and manual assembly processes as per work instructions.
- Conduct visual inspection of assembled PCBs for solder quality, polarity, and component orientation.
- Assist in functional testing, continuity testing, and basic troubleshooting of PCB assemblies.
- Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and process issues to the production supervisor.
- Use hand tools, soldering stations, multimeters, and other production equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) discipline and follow IPC workmanship standards.
- Record production, testing, and rework data accurately.
- Support inventory handling of components, consumables, and work-in-progress boards when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and production area.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
