Purpose of the Role
1. To lead the unit level activities of HRD function
2. Execute the 6 pillar activities pertaining to the designated unit
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Unit level Manpower Planning & department wise headcount sign off through role based organisation (in line with EVA goals of the designated unit and the organisation
Receiving the MPR & Preparing Full Kit
Follow up and ensure on time completion of talent acquisition process at Unit level
Coordination and Support for conducting the Training programmes
Measure training effectiveness addressing value addtion to the role
Execute knowledge sharing sessions after external programs attended by staff
Empanelment of Internal Trainers from the designated unit
Coordination for Assessment Centres
Induction Review of Probationers
Execution & Delivery of Employee Engagement activities as per SOP
Analyze the New Joiners Settling down Aspects - Infrastructure, roles & responsibilties, MP CPs alignment with company goals and give feedback to concerned Pillar Owners
Support and Coordination for conducting the EE Survey
Unit level action plans on the Employee Engagament survey findings
Execute performance dialogues with employees
Exit Interview analysis
Support and Coordinate for implementing the PMS through PD for the unit
Fixing of MP CPs for all the employees and ensure it is incorporated in the PMS portal
Ensure MOM review of review of Divisional objectives by Strategic review committee.
Quarterly Performance Dialogues for all the employees
Support and coordination to complete the online Half Yearly / Annual Appraisal.
Execution of Confirmation Appraisals and give feedback to Pillar Owner
Support and coordinate to identify Key / Critical Roles of the unit
Support and coordinate to validate the HiPOs mapping as successors for the Key Positions
Ensure input to TA on the vacant positions to fill the vacancies from succession planning
Freeze the Roles, Jobs and arrive at RDs / RSs / Competencies / MP CPs for all the positions in the designated unit
Arrive at a Forward Organization structure for the designated units
