As a Lead Associate for Category Marketing (BPC), you will be at the heart of one of Myntra’s most dynamic portfolios. You will be responsible for defining how beauty brands come to life on the platform, driving high-impact launches, and crafting end-to-end demand generation strategies that resonate with millions of shoppers. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, platform innovation, and data-driven growth, requiring a visionary who can navigate the evolving beauty landscape and build deep connections with diverse customer segments.
End-to-End Brand Co-Marketing: Partner with leading global and homegrown beauty brands to design and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns. You will own the relationship from concept to closure, ensuring seamless integration across onsite, social, and CRM channels.
Cohort Strategy & Customer Journeys: Develop a robust strategic plan for various customer cohorts on Myntra Beauty. You will be responsible for building tailored customer journeys that move users from discovery to advocacy, ensuring high retention and lifetime value across different demographics.
Gen Z Beauty Strategy: Lead the charge in capturing the next generation of beauty enthusiasts. Conceptualize and drive a dedicated Gen Z strategy that leverages trends, authenticity, and "digital-first" content to make Myntra the preferred destination for young shoppers.
Search & Discovery Enhancement: Elevate the search experience from a customer point of view. You will advocate for an intuitive, frictionless discovery process, ensuring that the platform’s interface reflects how beauty customers actually want to browse and shop.
Feature Innovation: Collaborate closely with technical platform leads and feature owners to advocate for and implement desired app functionalities. You will bridge the gap between marketing needs and technical execution to build a best-in-class shopping interface.
Integrated Marketing Collaboration: Work in lockstep with the broader marketing team to synchronize category goals with brand campaigns, influencer marketing, social media strategy, performance marketing, and affiliate programs. * Creative Innovation & Storytelling: Move beyond standard templates to conceptualize high-visual-impact campaigns. Define the visual language for BPC categories, ensuring creative assets drive both brand love and conversion.
High-Impact Launches: Own the end-to-end marketing roadmap for new brand and product launches within the BPC space, ensuring maximum market "buzz."
Performance Analytics: Deep-dive into storefront metrics and data to extract actionable insights, correcting funnel leakages and optimizing CTRs through rigorous experimentation.
Experience: 3+ years in E-commerce Marketing, Category Marketing, or Brand Marketing (Experience in Beauty/Lifestyle is a major plus).
Strategic Agility: Proven ability to build customer-centric strategies and manage complex customer lifecycles across diverse cohorts.
Execution Power: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, end-to-end projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work across specialized marketing functions (Influencer, Social, Performance) and influence technical teams without direct authority.
Analytical Rigor: Strong comfort with numbers and MS Excel; ability to turn raw data into a compelling marketing story.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—the ability to take a brief, challenge it when necessary, and run with it.
