Source and recruit candidates for open positions
Visit colleges, job fairs, and local recruitment events
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with clients and hiring managers
Explain job roles, salary, and company policies to candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions
Build relationships with local institutes and placement agencies
Handle bulk hiring and walk-in recruitment drives
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
