- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
- Maintain and update HRMS, personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist in payroll preparation by gathering attendance, overtime, and statutory inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Support performance management processes including appraisal coordination.
- Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal.
- Prepare HR reports such as manpower status, attrition, and recruitment updates.
- Coordinate training & development programs for staff skill enhancement.
- Provide administrative support related to HR policies and procedures.
