Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing (Domestic and Overseas):
- Research and onboard new suppliers and vendors.
- Source materials, goods, products, and services, negotiating the best contracts and cost-effective deals.
- Review inventory inspections with Store and ensure minimum stock and reorder timely.
- Coordinate with supplier for quality regarding issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Coordinate with the PPC teams and follow up on delayed or rescheduled orders.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Develop and implement logistic strategies to optimize the supply chain and meet company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities using appropriate software.
- Responsible for cost reducing driven across all Non Bom, BOM Etc..
- Responsible for cost reducing driven across all department for parches requirements.
Team Management:
- Provide guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Verify and check all reports related Purchase order & document.
- Prepare monthly purchase report for department review for management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
