Key Responsibilities:
Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for business growth.
Handle customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Support the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and plans. �
