Experience. : 5+yrs
Location : Gurgaon
Salary : 12.0 Lac
Responsibilities:
-Qualifications: LLB from a recognized university; candidates with CS will be an added advantage
-Experience : 5 – 8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with exposure to real estate companies or projects.
-Sound knowledge of contract law, property laws, RERA, Companies Act, and general commercial law.
-Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage time efficiently, close issues quickly and effectively.
-Should be a self-starter.
-Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
