Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, generating leads, and supporting the sales and customer service process.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build good relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and processes clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads through telephone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple customer calls and follow-ups efficiently.
