Mandatory Requirements (Job Description):
- Minimum 15 years of experience
- Hands-on experience in managing projects on D365 FO, Retail, and Commerce
- Experience in handling Managed Services projects and accounts (minimum 3-4 large-scale accounts)
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and other critical ticketing tools
- Experience in onsite/offshore model
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,450,019.56 per year
