Job Summary
Unimet Pharma Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for its Critical Care Division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling critical care medicines, generating business opportunities, collecting market data, and developing strong relationships with Medical Stores, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and Healthcare Professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily visits to Medical Stores, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and Healthcare Institutions.
- Promote and sell Unimet Pharma's Critical Care products.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Maintain records of customer visits, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacists, purchase departments, doctors, and hospital staff.
- Identify new customers and expand the company's market reach.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales reports to management.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in assigned areas.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Market survey and data collection experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Pharma sales background preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing/Sales.
