- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, sambhar, chutneys, and regional specialties.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning as per restaurant standards.
- Assist in mise en place and daily kitchen preparations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Follow recipes and instructions from the Sous Chef/Head Chef.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Ensure proper storage of food items following FIFO and hygiene practices.
- Support other kitchen sections when required.
- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
