Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with 1-4 years of experience in mechanical design and product development. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in 3D CAD modeling and proficiency in using Fusion 360 to design, analyze, and optimize mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop sheet metal components and assemblies using Fusion 360 and other 3D CAD tools.
- Experience in creating Sheet Metal is the key requirement, injection molded components a plus.
- Highly skilled in Fusion 360 modelling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and R&D to ensure efficient production workflows.
- Create technical drawings, documentation, and BOMs for manufacturing and assembly.
- Conduct design reviews and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot design issues and propose effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mechanical design and CAD technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
- Higly skilled Diploma Holders and Freshers with excellent Fusion 360 Skills will be considered
- Expertise in Fusion 360 and strong 3D CAD skills.
- Experience with product design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of material selection, tolerance analysis, and design optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GD&T, DFM principles.
