Key Responsibilities
- Provide Production support for Java Quarkus microservices integrated with Apache Camel.
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications deployed on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
- Support and troubleshoot APIs managed through 3scale API Management.
- Use Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics to monitor application health and performance.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, alerts, and service disruptions.
- Perform log analysis and debugging using application logs, container logs, and OpenShift events.
- Execute basic SQL queries to validate and troubleshoot data issues.
- Work closely with L3 / development teams for complex issue resolution.
- Participate in incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Support deployment validation and release activities.
- Maintain runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge base articles.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
