Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth across our Travel, Tourism, Event Management, and Car Rental verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, achieving sales targets, and mentoring junior sales staff.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in travel, tourism, corporate events, leisure packages, and car rental services
- Meet prospective clients through virtual meetings and in-person sales visits
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
Client Handling & Operations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable destinations, travel itineraries, event solutions, transportation modes, accommodations, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams, tour operators, vendors, and service partners
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, refunds, and service-related issues professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Planning, Reporting & Documentation
- Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate client data, sales records, and documentation in CRM/software
- Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and revenue forecasts
- Maintain statistical and financial records related to sales activities
Team Leadership & Market Development
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives to improve overall team performance
- Share best practices and improve sales processes
- Attend travel fairs, tourism seminars, and industry events to stay updated with market trends
- Network with tour operators, hotels, transport providers, and event partners
Skills & Competencies

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel, MBA Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in travel, tourism, events, or car rental)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working as a travel consultant or travel agent is an added advantage
- Knowledge of tourism products, destinations, and travel operations
- Up-to-date knowledge of applicable industry regulations and licensing (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
