About the Role
We are looking for a motivated WordPress Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has practical experience building and customizing WordPress websites, or has completed a recognized WordPress development training program and is eager to apply their skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and themes
- Install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins
- Convert PSD/Figma/XD designs into responsive WordPress websites
- Customize and build themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Work with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or Gutenberg
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs, plugin conflicts, and website errors
- Manage website hosting, domains, and basic server configurations
- Perform regular website updates, backups, and security checks
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to deliver client requirements
- Basic knowledge of WooCommerce for e-commerce projects (preferred)
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugin architecture
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP
- Familiarity with MySQL databases
- Experience with popular page builders (Elementor/Divi/WPBakery)
- Basic understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Knowledge of version control (Git) is a plus
- Understanding of on-page SEO basics
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of professional WordPress development experience
- OR
- Completed a WordPress Development course/certification from a recognized/reputed instituteSoft Skills

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if course certification is provided)
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
