Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site operations and ensure smooth execution of projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge of site measurements, be detail-oriented, and capable of handling daily site activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, measurements, and quality standards
- Take accurate site measurements (branch/site area) and maintain records
- Coordinate with labor, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor material usage and avoid wastage
- Ensure timely completion of work as per deadlines
- Maintain safety standards and company guidelines
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor
- Good knowledge of site measurements and execution
- Basic understanding of construction/site work
- Must own a personal bike with valid driving license
- Willing to relocate to Gurugram
- Ability to handle team and site pressure
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (Depends on interview)
