We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, office administration, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
* Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable.
* Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports.
* Maintain GST, TDS, and statutory compliance records.
* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors.
* Monitor cash flow and budget planning.
* Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
Administration:
* Manage office operations and facilities.
* Handle vendor management and procurement activities.
* Maintain employee records and administrative documentation.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and office events.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Supervise housekeeping, security, and office maintenance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in Accounts and Administration.
* Knowledge of Tally prime, MS Excel, ERP software, and GST compliance.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
