Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and optimize professional resumes, CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their professional background and career objectives.
- Develop ATS-friendly resumes tailored to industry standards and job requirements.
- Gather and interpret client information through active listening and effective communication.
- Ensure high-quality, error-free content while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Resume Writing, Content Writing, Recruitment, HR, Career Services, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong grammar, proofreading, and content development skills.
- Experience in writing professional resumes and career documents.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and understand their requirements.
- Polite, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in US/Night Shift timings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ATS resume optimization.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn profile enhancement and personal branding.
- Background in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition will be an added advantage.
