Job Summary
Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong interest in visual design and want to gain practical experience by working on real business and marketing projects.
The selected candidate will work closely with the team to create engaging visual content while developing their skills in professional graphic design, branding, and digital creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative posters, brochures, banners, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging infographics and visual communication materials.
- Handle image editing, photo manipulation, retouching, and basic compositing.
- Develop creative designs based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for digital and marketing purposes.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency in design quality, branding, and visual presentation.
- Manage and organize design files and creative assets.
- Stay updated with current design trends and continuously improve creative skills.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and visual composition.
- Creativity and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and convert ideas into attractive visuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and design trends.
Eligibility
- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant basic experience can apply.
- Candidates with a portfolio or sample designs will be preferred.
- Candidates who are creative, passionate about design, and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Training & Career Opportunity
The selected candidate will undergo a structured training period with hands-on exposure to real-world projects and professional design requirements.
Upon successful completion of the training period, performance will be evaluated. Based on performance and overall evaluation, the candidate may be offered a permanent position with Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP.
Pay: Up to ₹6,000.00 per month
