The Social Media Coordinator, APAC supports the execution and day-to-day operations of StoneX’s social media presence across key platforms. This role focuses on organizing, scheduling, and tracking content across marketing campaigns, market insights, and business initiatives.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring content is delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand and regulatory standards, while supporting broader audience engagement and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain social media content calendars across platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of scheduled posts

Schedule and publish content across platforms including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and other strategic outlets

Track incoming social media requests and organize workflows across stakeholders and business lines

Support the adaptation and formatting of content for different platforms and audiences

Assist in monitoring social channels for engagement, comments, and relevant interactions

Run basic performance reporting across platforms (engagement, impressions, clicks) and support ongoing optimization efforts

Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Design, Compliance) to ensure content is approved and aligned with guidelines

Support real-time posting during major market events and campaigns as needed

Maintain documentation and internal processes related to social media operations

Provide coverage support for Social Media Managers when required
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or digital content roles

Familiarity with major social media platforms and publishing tools

Strong organizational and time management skills

High attention to detail, particularly in regulated or approval-driven environments

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Strong written communication skills (English required)

Collaborative mindset and ability to work across global teams

Basic understanding of analytics and reporting metrics preferred

Interest in financial markets or business content is a plus
