About the Role
Artarium is looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Strategist to lead our social media presence and digital storytelling efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing platform-specific strategies, driving audience engagement, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
- Create monthly content plans and campaign strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and production teams to create high-performing content.
- Plan and manage organic social media campaigns, product launches, brand collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Create content themes, campaign concepts, mood boards, and content directions for photoshoots and video productions.
- Monitor platform performance and optimize strategies based on engagement, reach, conversions, and audience insights.
- Track KPIs and prepare detailed monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Identify viral trends, content opportunities, and innovative ways to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, audience behavior, and content trends.
- Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong creative thinking and campaign ideation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in lifestyle, fashion, luxury, décor, beauty, or creative industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
