Additionally, you will manage social media strategy and execution for a B2B client in the renewables sector (project-based work).
Role Overview
This is a senior, high-autonomy role — not an entry-level execution position. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, build systems, and take full ownership of the digital marketing function across multiple brands. AI is a tool you use to amplify your output; the expertise, judgment, and accountability remain yours.
You will own the digital marketing function across two primary brands and contribute to two secondary mandates. Lead generation — not vanity metrics — is the primary measure of success.
The right person treats AI as a daily tool, not an occasional experiment. We expect you to use AI to work at 2–3x the output speed of a traditional marketer: faster content production, faster research, smarter campaign iteration, and automated reporting workflows. In your application, tell us which AI tools you currently use and how — this is one of the most important things we want to know.
You are responsible for generating leads that turn into revenue. The 1% revenue incentive structure means every deal you generate directly affects your earnings.
Key Responsibilities
1. D1P Consulting — Lead Generation & Digital Presence (Primary)
● Design and execute lead generation campaigns targeting ESG decision-makers across GCC, India, and international markets
● Own and optimise the D1P website (d1percent.com) for SEO, conversion rate, and user experience
● Conduct ongoing keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimisation
● Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for D1P consulting services
● Build and manage LinkedIn organic strategy — content, follower growth, lead funnels
● Write and publish thought leadership content: blogs, case studies, LinkedIn articles on ESG, BRSR, CSRD, ISSB, and related frameworks
● Drive inbound consultation and demo requests — these are your primary conversion targets
2. SEED ESG Software — Demand Generation & SaaS Marketing (Primary)
● Build and execute B2B demand generation for SEED ESG — targeting sustainability managers, CFOs, and compliance teams
● Create product-led content: feature explainers, software demo promotions, comparison content vs. competitors
● Manage SEO and paid search for software-specific keywords (ESG software, sustainability reporting tools, BRSR platform, etc.)
● Design email sequences for software demo nurturing and re-engagement
● Build and test landing pages optimised for demo request conversions
● Track MQLs and demo-to-deal pipeline closely
3. Eco Stay Platform — B2C Lead Generation & OTA Management (Secondary)
● Manage Eco Stay property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms
● Optimise listing titles, descriptions, photography guidance, and review management to maximise visibility and occupancy
● Run Meta (Instagram & Facebook) campaigns targeting sustainable travel audiences
● Build and manage an Instagram presence for the Eco Stay brand
● Drive direct inquiries and bookings — reducing OTA commission dependency over time
● Coordinate seasonal promotions, offers, and campaigns across Dubai and India properties
4. B2B Renewables Client — Social Media Strategy & Execution (Secondary – Project)
● Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar for a B2B renewables client
● Write and schedule LinkedIn posts, company updates, and thought leadership content
● Design a social media strategy aligned to the client's business development objectives
● Report on engagement, reach, and follower growth monthly
5. AI Tools & Workflow (Mandatory)
AI proficiency is a core requirement, not a preference. You must be able to demonstrate an active AI workflow across content creation, SEO research, campaign analysis, automation, and reporting. We do not prescribe which tools you use — we care that you use them fluently and that they make you measurably faster and more effective.

6. Content & Copywriting
● Write conversion-focused copy for: website pages, landing pages, paid ads, and email campaigns
● Develop thought leadership content on ESG, sustainability, climate, and regulatory topics — with accuracy and credibility
● Adapt tone fluently across: corporate/institutional (D1P), SaaS/product (SEED), lifestyle/sustainability (Eco Stay), and B2B renewables
● Produce content at volume without sacrificing quality or factual accuracy
7. Email Marketing & Automation
● Build and manage email sequences for lead nurturing, demo follow-ups, client engagement, and event promotion
● Segment mailing lists by brand, audience type, and funnel stage
● Set up automation triggers and workflows
● Track open rates, CTRs, conversions, and optimise based on data
8. Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
● Submit a monthly performance report across all brands — covering leads generated, channel performance, and recommendations
● Monitor GA4, Search Console, and paid campaign dashboards regularly
● Flag underperforming campaigns and propose data-backed pivots
● Maintain a shared performance tracker accessible to the leadership team
Required Skills & Experience
● 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in lead generation
● Proficiency in SEO (technical + on-page + off-page), SEM, and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
● Strong copywriting skills — B2B content that sounds authoritative, not generic
● Active, demonstrable use of AI tools in your daily marketing workflow
● Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously
● Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and at least one SEO tool
● Ability to work fully independently in a remote environment
● Execution-first mindset: you produce output, not slide decks and plans
Nice to Have
● Experience in B2B consulting, SaaS, ESG, sustainability, or technology sectors
● Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, or other OTA platforms
● Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
● Basic design capability — enough to produce campaign visuals without a designer
● Understanding of ESG, GHG emissions, or sustainability reporting (even basic level)
● Prior experience with international or GCC-focused clients
