Technical Project Manager Location: Bangalore Work Model: Work from office / Flexible working in US / Europe time-zones About Hudini Hudini is an enterprise hospitality SaaS platform transforming the digital guest experience for hotels and hotel groups worldwide. Our platform enables connected and personalized guest journeys across web, mobile, IPTV, kiosks, tablets and staff applications. Hudini integrates deeply with hotel technology ecosystems including PMS, POS, CRM, IoT and other enterprise systems. We work with leading hospitality brands across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Role We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to own customer implementations from internal handover through successful go-live. The role combines project management, product understanding, technical aptitude and customer expectation management. The Technical Project Manager will be the primary implementation focal point for the customer and will coordinate with Hudini's internal teams. The role reports to the Delivery Manager. Key Responsibilities Own assigned customer implementations from handover through go-live. Create and drive project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and prerequisites. Act as the primary implementation contact for the customer. Lead customer project meetings and communicate progress, risks, dependencies and next steps. Drive and coordinate implementation activities with relevant resources, ensuring clear ownership and timely execution. Develop strong working knowledge of Hudini products, configurations and integrations. Manage customer expectations against contracted scope and product capabilities, with clear ownership of client prerequisites, dependencies and actions required to achieve agreed timelines. Control scope changes through a formal Change Request (CR) process, assessing impact on effort and timelines and ensuring additional work is commercially approved before execution. Understand APIs, system integrations and technical dependencies sufficiently to independently manage implementation discussions. Drive internal testing, customer UAT, go-live readiness and issue closure. Ensure structured handover to the CSM and Support teams after go-live. Candidate Profile Approximately 5–10 years of experience, with meaningful experience managing B2B technology or SaaS implementations. Proven ownership of customer-facing software implementation projects from requirements through go-live. Strong project-management discipline across scope, timeline, dependencies, risks and stakeholder management. Excellent client communication and expectation-management skills. Strong product orientation and ability to quickly understand complex software platforms. Technical aptitude to understand APIs, integrations, environments, configurations, data flows and system dependencies. Comfortable interacting with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Strong problem-solving ability and a bias toward ownership and closure. Comfortable managing multiple implementations simultaneously and working with distributed global customers across time zones. Preferred Experience Experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms with multiple integrations. Experience in hospitality technology, travel technology, property technology or other integration-heavy B2B SaaS environment. Exposure to systems such as PMS, POS, CRM, payment gateways, access control/door-lock systems or comparable third-party platforms. Familiarity with Jira or similar project-management and issue-tracking tools.
Pay: ₹544,774.77 - ₹2,060,691.94 per year
