We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive & Executive Support Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, telecalling, client relationship management, administrative coordination, and providing day-to-day assistance to the Vice President. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Telecalling
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
- Contact potential clients and introduce company products/services.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team and Vice President.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build relationships and drive business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, lead status reports, and business development updates.
- Support proposal submissions, quotations, and client documentation.
- Manage the Vice President's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate office administration and daily operational activities.
- Maintain records, files, contracts, and important business documents.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, business development, executive assistance, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
