Job Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered chatbots for websites and WhatsApp.
- Develop AI Agents for business automation and customer support.
- Integrate OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and other AI models into applications.
- Develop WhatsApp automation for customer communication and lead management.
- Create AI workflows for sales, HR, marketing, CRM, ERP, and manufacturing businesses.
- Connect AI with third-party applications using APIs and Webhooks.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based AI assistants using business documents.
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI responses.
- Work with vector databases and embeddings for intelligent search.
- Integrate AI with websites, web applications, mobile apps, and cloud platforms.
- Debug, test, deploy, and maintain AI solutions.
- Research the latest AI technologies and implement innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the product and development team to build scalable AI products.
Technical Skills
- Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- REST APIs & Webhooks
- OpenAI API, Gemini API, Claude API
- LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) knowledge is a plus
- WhatsApp Business API integration
- Prompt Engineering
- Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
- SQL / MongoDB
- Git & GitHub
- Basic Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI workflow automation tools
- Knowledge of OCR, Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech
- Experience integrating AI with CRM, ERP, and SaaS products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for learning new AI technologies
