Dietitian / Nutrition Counselor – Job Description
Job Location: Delhi(After Training)
Training Location: Chandigarh
Training Duration: 10-15Days (Unpaid)
Agreement: 2-Year Employment Agreement with the Company
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Weekly Off: 1 Day
Job Location (After Training Mumbai Branch) – Full-Time Placement

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face diet consultations with walk-in and scheduled clients
- Assess client health goals related to weight management, lifestyle disorders, skin & wellness
- Prepare personalized diet plans aligned with company programs
- Perform sales counseling and convert consultations into paid diet/wellness packages
- Achieve individual revenue and conversion targets
- Maintain client follow-ups, progress tracking, and documentation
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and sales team for holistic client care
- Participate in promotional activities and client engagement programs
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent certification
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of face-to-face sales or counseling experience
- (Experience in wellness clinic, slimming center, hospital, gym, or healthcare setup preferred)
- Strong communication, convincing, and client-handling skills
- Target-oriented mindset with ability to close sales
- Professional appearance and positive counseling approach
- Willingness to undergo 15days unpaid training in Chandigarh
- Ready to relocate to Delhi after training
- Comfortable with Monday–Saturday working (6 days)Work Timings:
9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: SUNDAY
During the training period, stay and food will be arranged by the company in a PG, with a cost of ₹500 per day, which will be fully refunded on the last day of training after successful completion. After training, the candidate will be placed at our Delhi branch for a full-time role and will be required to sign a 2-year service agreement.
