Job Summary
Support end-to-end AI proposal lifecycle for AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, and Intelligent Automation opportunities by coordinating with sales, solution architects, delivery, finance, and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
- Develop executive summaries and proposal documents.
- Coordinate with AI Solution Architects.
- Support GenAI, ML, AI Agents, Data & Analytics proposals.
- Maintain reusable proposal assets.
- Coordinate reviews and submissions.
- Work with Finance and Legal.
- Publish weekly dashboards and reports.
- Maintain proposal trackers and governance.

Skill Requirements
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, SAP Business AI, Salesforce, Agile/Scrum.
