Job Summary:
Manbhum Constructions is looking for a Junior Engineer (Civil) with 2–3 years of site experience to support the execution of residential/high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day site operations, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that work is executed according to drawings and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and labor teams for smooth execution of work.
- Monitor quality of construction work and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Assist in material planning, tracking, and site documentation.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Support senior engineers in planning, scheduling, and resolving site issues.
- Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in construction site execution.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and site management.
- Experience in residential or high-rise projects will be an added advantage.
Candidate Requirements:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be comfortable working at Domalaguda, Gajularamaram, or Kukatpally (IDL Site).
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
