Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, a good understanding of ITSM processes, and experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules including:
-
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)
-
ITOM / Discovery (good to have)
-
HRSD / CSM (good to have)
-
SPM/ GRC (good to have)
-
Customize ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and UI actions
-
Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and workflows
-
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external systems (e.g., SAP, third-party tools)
-
Work on ServiceNow scripting including:
-
Glide API
-
Script Includes
-
Flow Designer
-
Create and manage update sets, ensure proper deployment across environments
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
-
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
-
Maintain platform performance, security, and scalability
-
Provide support and enhancements for existing ServiceNow implementations
Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development

Strong knowledge of:

JavaScript
-
ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as:

ITSM (mandatory)
-
ITOM / HRSD / CSM/ SPM/ GRC (preferred)

Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
-
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

ServiceNow CIS – Data foundation and CSDM
-
ServiceNow CIS – ITOM/ HRSD/ CSM/ SecOps/ GRC

Experience with:

ServiceNow FSM / SecOps / GRC (good to have)

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
