Required Skills & Experience:
⦁ Customer Journey Design: 5-7+ years designing customer journeys
⦁ Lifecycle Marketing: Expert-level lifecycle marketing strategy
⦁ Loyalty Programs: Experience with loyalty program marketing and design
⦁ Customer Segmentation: Advanced segmentation and personalization strategy
⦁ Marketing Analytics: Understanding of funnel, attribution, and performance metrics
⦁ Business Acumen: Understanding of hospitality/loyalty business model (preferred)
⦁ Personalization: Behavioral triggers, dynamic content, and contextual personalization
⦁ Multi-channel: Email, SMS, push, in-app journey orchestration
⦁ Tools & Methodologies:
⦁ Journey mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio)
⦁ Analytics platforms
⦁ Marketing automation platforms
⦁ SQL for data analysis (preferred)
