The HR Manager will own the entire employee lifecycle across our manufacturing facility, engineering departments, and corporate roles. This role bridges strategic talent development and rigorous plant floor operations. The ideal candidate will transform the HR department into a proactive business partner by executing modern structured frameworks, ensuring ironclad labor compliance, and building a highly motivated workforce to support our aggressive renewable energy production targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Technical Recruitment
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage pipeline building, sourcing, screening, and hiring across multiple tiers—from factory floor operators and technicians to specialized R&D, Hardware, SMT (Surface Mount Technology), and MI (Manual Insertion) Engineers.
- Technical Bench Building: Collaborate closely with engineering heads to accurately source candidates capable of managing complex inverter circuitry, quality control protocols, and advanced automated assembly lines.
- Structured Onboarding: Own and execute a rigorous 45-Day Onboarding Framework to drastically reduce early-stage attrition among skilled technical hires.
2. Performance Management & Organizational Design
- KPI & KRA Deployment: Establish, monitor, and refine clear, department-specific Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all 20+ sub-departments of the manufacturing plant.
- Appraisal Frameworks: Design and run structured quarterly, annual, and 360-degree performance evaluation cycles to align output with company growth targets.
- Retention & Market Mapping: Monitor industry talent trends to proactively manage retention strategies, formulate competitive counter-offers, and construct optimized salary structures.
3. Factory HR Operations & Time Office
- Time Office & Shift Management: Oversee meticulous attendance, leave tracking, and overtime (OT) calculations for a diverse workforce, ensuring proper handling of specialized 12-hour factory shifts.
- Contractual & Shift Labor: Coordinate and monitor dynamic manpower allocation across day and night production cycles to eliminate shop-floor downtime.
- Canteen & Subsidized Amenities: Manage corporate partnerships and operational workflows for employee wellness programs, including subsidized shift-canteen facilities.
4. Compliance, Government Liaison & Policy Enforcement
- Statutory Compliance: Maintain absolute, error-free compliance with all applicable regional and national Factory Acts, Labor Laws, Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and environment-health-safety (EHS) guidelines.
- Policy Drafting & Culture: Continuously refine and roll out progressive company policies that balance corporate discipline with employee well-being (e.g., encouraging high-morale rest periods, health initiatives, and safety cultures).
- Liaison & Record Keeping: Act as the primary point of contact for external administrative authorities, audit bodies, and internal legal notices.
5. Employee Engagement & Service Milestones
- Corporate Events: Design, schedule, and execute complex corporate milestones, cross-department training blocks, and multi-day Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Grievance Redressal: Maintain an "open-door" presence on the factory floor, identifying and resolving worker grievances before they escalate.
- Tenure-Based Recognition: Standardize and manage tiered employee appreciation programs, structuring reward milestones based on years of continuous service.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
