The Delivery Boy/Girl is responsible for picking up and delivering goods, parcels, or food orders to customers safely, quickly, and accurately. The role ensures timely delivery, professional behavior, and proper handling of items while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Delivery Operations
- Pick up packages, food orders, or goods from the store/restaurant/warehouse.
- Deliver items to customers at specified addresses within the given time.
- Ensure correct order/items are delivered without damage or delay.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions.
Route & Time Management
- Use navigation tools (Google Maps or GPS) to find delivery locations.
- Plan routes efficiently to complete deliveries on time.
- Inform supervisor in case of delays or issues.
Customer Service
- Greet customers politely during delivery.
- Collect cash or digital payments if required.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery when needed.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Handling & Safety
- Ensure safe handling of food/items during transport.
- Maintain cleanliness of delivery bag/vehicle.
- Avoid damage, leakage, or tampering of orders.
- Follow safety rules while riding/driving.
Vehicle Maintenance (if applicable)
- Maintain own vehicle (bike/scooter/bicycle) in good condition.
- Ensure valid driving license and vehicle documents.
- Check fuel and basic vehicle condition daily.
- Follow traffic rules strictly.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Minimum education: 8th/10th/12th pass (preferred).
- Valid driving license required for bike delivery.
- Experience in delivery jobs preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
