Job Summary
The Senior Executive – Inside Sales is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, providing product information, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring effective follow-up to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with field sales teams for lead closure.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Sales Coordination
- Prepare quotations and share product information with customers.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Dispatch, and Service teams for smooth order execution.
- Track sales orders and provide updates to customers.
- Support management with sales reports and MIS data.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain daily call reports and sales activity records.
- Track lead conversion ratios and sales performance.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
