Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Tailor specializing in bridal and Indian ethnic wear. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to create perfectly fitted garments with premium finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stitch and construct high-quality bridal lehengas, anarkalis, blouses, and suits
- Develop and execute precise patterns based on design requirements
- Ensure seamless stitching and superior finishing of all garments
- Handle intricate bridal and ethnic wear fabrics with care
- Take accurate measurements and ensure perfect fittings
- Collaborate with designers to bring concepts to life
- Maintain consistency in quality and timely delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bridal and Indian ethnic wear
- Expertise in stitching lehengas, anarkalis, blouses, and suits
- Strong knowledge of pattern making and garment construction
- Ability to deliver seamless, high-end finishing
- Experience working with delicate and heavy fabrics (silk, net, velvet, etc.)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in bridal couture or designer studios
- Knowledge of modern and traditional silhouettes
- Basic understanding of embroidery placement and finishing
Salary : Rs 35000 - Rs 50000 per month
