Job description:
Position: Technical Planning Engineer
Unit / Location: Bhosari, Pune
Qualification: B.Tech – Production Engineering
Experience: 2 Years Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly capacity plans as per sales schedules.
- Perform capacity planning based on available resources and submit summaries.
- Optimize resource utilization to match capacity with demand.
- Understand injection molding processes or show willingness to learn.
- Identify planning gaps between plan vs actual and highlight deviations.
- Measure and standardize plant efficiency.
- Monitor quality and quantity targets.
- Plan production schedules smartly to meet demand timelines.
- Coordinate with all manufacturing units for smooth execution.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports on time.
- Learn and support production, tool management, and system activities.
- Analyze daily reports and escalate issues as required.
- Maintain accurate technical data and documentation.
- Ensure proper recording of technical information.
- Participate in Kaizen, housekeeping, and audit activities.
- Prepare SOPs as and when required.
- Conduct daily analysis of rejection and efficiency.
- Maintain discipline in work and reporting (DWM).
- Understand plant layout and support layout revisions when needed.
- Work on Cloud-based ERP systems for planning and reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (Injection Molding preferred)
- Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
