Job Summary
We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to act as a bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring smooth communication and effective software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with developers
- Support software installation, testing, and implementation
- Maintain technical documentation and reports
- Assist in ERP system support (Purchase, Sales, POS, HR, Finance)
- Provide customer training and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system performance
Requirements
- B.Tech / MCA / BCA / B.Sc Computer Science / Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 1 year experience
- Basic ERP knowledge
- MS SQL knowledge
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
