Position: Data Operations Lead (Senior)
Role Overview
The Data Operations Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end catalog operations, ensuring high standards of product and supplier data accuracy, coordinating with suppliers and distributors, and leading the Data Operations team to support efficient and reliable platform operations.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee end-to-end product cataloging and data maintenance activities.
· Coordinate with distributors and manufacturers for bulk product data collection, ingestion, and updates.
· Ensure product and supplier data is accurate, complete, consistent, and maintained as per defined standards.
· Conduct regular data quality checks and accuracy audits and resolve identified data issues.
· Identify and address data errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and operational gaps.
· Lead, guide, and monitor the junior Data Operations team to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
· Collaborate with the Product team on catalog-related requirements, updates, and process improvements.
· Develop and maintain Supplier Data SOPs and ensure adherence to standardized operational processes.
Required Experience & Skills
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in Catalog Management, Data Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Strong project management, task coordination, and operational planning skills.
· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
· Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities within defined timelines.
· Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Language Requirements
· Telugu – Mandatory; strong verbal communication skills required.
· English – Good written and verbal communication skills required for professional and internal coordination.
· Hindi – Basic communication knowledge is sufficient and preferred; fluency is not mandatory.

· Clean, accurate, and regularly updated product catalogs.
· Standardized and well-maintained Supplier Data SOPs.
· Regular data accuracy audits and quality improvements.
· Efficient and timely catalog upload and data management processes.
